Step 2: Come to the school and bring the required documentation to complete your child’s registration.

Student returning to CISD or moving from another CISD school must come to the school with a current proof of residence to complete registration.

The office will make a copy and return original documents to you.

** We cannot accept incomplete registration information**

Student’s original Birth Certificate

Student’s Social Security Card

Student’s Immunization Record

Proof of Residency

*Original CURRENT utility bill (gas, electric or water only)

*An original lease

*Closing papers if you just recently bought a house

Photo Identification of parent or legal guardian

Student’s most recent report card and withdrawal paperwork (not required for new Kindergarten students)

Documentation if your child was in a Gifted & Talented Program, Speech, Special Education, etc…

Any legal paperwork (if applicable)
